When you call (385) 488-1892 you reach our dispatch line. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
To arrange service we ask for the address of the problem, a callback number and a short description of the issue. We use that information only to schedule and complete your service and to follow up on it.
Who we share information with
We pass job details to the licensed plumbing contractor assigned to your appointment so the work can be done. We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect against fraud or misuse of our services.
