Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website and our phone line. By using either one you agree to them.
Information on this site
The articles and service pages on this site are general information about plumbing. They are not a diagnosis of your home and they are not a substitute for an on-site inspection.
Rules for permits, water use and plumbing work vary by city and by property. Check with your city building department or water provider before you rely on anything written here.
How service works
We take calls around the clock and arrange service with licensed plumbing contractors. The price for a job is explained before work starts, and work starts only after you agree to it.
Appointment times depend on the problem, the time of day and crew availability. Same-day appointments are offered when available and are not guaranteed.
Emergencies
If you smell natural gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility before you call us. For any danger to people, call 911 first.
This website cannot respond to emergencies. Only the phone line can.
Calls and recordings
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Continuing a call after the dispatcher has told you about recording means you consent to it.
Limits of liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on general information published here.
Work performed in your home is covered by the agreement you make with the contractor who performs it.
Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
